Body Balancing
Heather has been studying Spinning Babies® since 2010 and has attended various trainings that have helped her to grow and enhance her body balancing techniques. Trainings such as body balancing, Spinning Babies®, breech, and shoulder dystocia helped her to be well rounded in her techniques and to know the pregnancy body well. She is a Spinning Babies® Aware Practitioner, which means that she has completed the Spinning Babies® Professional Bodywork Education requirements.

Does Heather perform External Cephalic Versions?
Heather has found that body balancing body work is not only useful but essential prior to having this procedure performed. In most cases, by softening tissues, we can hope that turning the baby isn’t as painful and the baby can turn more easily if that is what is chosen by the parents. Many times after a few balancing sessions, babies move on their own into a head down position. But ultimately she trusts that baby knows best.
