San Diego County Midwives have been privileged to work with many military families. We realize the challenges they face. Many women in military families go through most of their pregnancy without their spouse or partner nearby.

We truly appreciate the role we get to play in picking up the missing pieces they may be experiencing in the moment. We can never fill the gap of their loved one, but we try to anticipate the immediate needs, help them find resources and fill in the areas we can.
